|Pneumatic Dry Media
|The Pneumatic Fracturing Technology can be expanded to introduce a wide array of solid and liquid amendments into the geologic zone of interest. The injection of these materials has been applied in various geologic formations including iron filings in fractured bedrock and proppants in clay. At sites where permeability is minimal, the subsurface formation is fractured prior to the introduction of solid or liquid media. The distribution of media simulates saltation or banking in a fractured rock and a soil mixing of amendments in more permeable formations. The Pneumatic Injection technology provides deeper installation capabilities, discrete depth application, and a homogenized mixture of media thereby minimizing product volume.
